Tewksbury is Douglas Tewksbury, a Hamilton, Ontario-based pianist and electronic musical artist, who turns his attention to climate change, and trying to find hope in these dark times for our planet.
Echoing the minimalist piano and ambient melodic work of Nils Frahm, Jon Hopkins, Max Richter, Brian Eno, Eric Satie, Philip Glass, Sigur Ros, and others, he asks if art can still create moments of beauty in an era of
mass extinction.
